Exchanges Made Simple

Want to swap your item for another size, color, or product? No problem! You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request an exchange. Just make sure the item is unused, clean, and still has all the original tags.

When Returns Aren’t Possible

To keep everything fair and consistent, we cannot accept returns in these cases:

  • The product has been worn or damaged.
  • It’s missing tags or original packaging.
  • You reach out after the 30-day return period.
  • The item was sold as final sale or part of a clearance offer.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and why you’d like to return or exchange it.
  2. Our support team will send detailed return instructions and a return authorization code.
  3. Repack the product with all tags and accessories.
  4. Send it to one of the following addresses:
    1. Vietnam Warehouse: 25 Nguyen Cu Trinh, Nam Ly, Dong Hoi, Quang Binh 47000
    2. US Warehouse: 1170 Chicago Rd, Troy, MI 48083

After we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund or send out your exchange.

Refunds

We’ll return your payment to the original method used at checkout. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
